We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and all decisions made following a service are the sole responsibility of the client.
2. Booking and Payments
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Services are non refundable. Please note, 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment or a 50% session fee will be charged. No shows will be charged the full session fee. The Holistic Swan LLC reserves the right to cancel a session should an unavoidable reason occur - we will do our best to reschedule an alternative date.
