Reiki or Reflexology Energy Healing Session Experience deep relaxation and renewed balance with a personalized energy healing session designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing you to choose between Reiki or reflexology to support your overall wellbeing. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works to restore balance within the body’s natural energy systems. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s innate ability to heal. Reflexology focuses on specific pressure points in the feet (and sometimes hands or ears) that correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying targeted pressure, reflexology helps improve circulation, release tension, and encourage overall physical and emotional harmony. Each session is intuitively guided to support exactly what your mind, body, and soul need in the moment, leaving you feeling grounded, aligned, and renewed. Each session assists the natural flow of your mind and body, helping you feel deeply connected and balanced from within. Whether you choose Reiki or reflexology, you can expect a deeply calming experience that helps relieve stress, restore balance, and leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and restored.

Private energy healing sessions are holistic, complimentary wellness practices intended to assist and support relaxation and overall well-being. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental and emotional well-being during and after the sessions. By booking a session, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and understand the nature of the service. By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and give informed consent to receive energy healing services. CANCELLATION POLICY: Services are non-refundable. Please note 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment or a 50% session fee will be charged. No shows will be charged full session fee. Jackie Duffey at The Holistic Swan LLC reserves the right to cancel a session should an unavoidable reason occur and will do her best to reschedule an alternative date.
