Radiant Chakra Flow & Glow Yoga Workshop

Join Experienced Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and Minister Gurdeep Bhogal as she gently guides you to mind, body and Soul alignment. This 90 minute Yogic journey utilizes Yoga Asana (postures), Mudra (Yogic hand gestures) and Mantra to direct the life force through the chakras, energizing the physical and subtle bodies to ignite your inner radiance. The workshop concludes with a long and soothing guided savasana with Reiki.
