If you are experiencing any specific medical problem and have not seen your medical doctor, it is recommended you do so today. CANCELLATION POLICY: Services are non-refundable. Please note 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment or a 50% session fee will be charged. No shows will be charged full session fee. Jackie Duffey at The Holistic Swan LLC reserves the right to cancel a session should an unavoidable reason occur and will do her best to reschedule an alternative date. This form will be taken as an agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above.
